Codename // EEIURS development update

EEIURS is about 67% - 70% done we've got lots of stuff working like reactor stall / freezedown, updates to meltdown and other events, bug fixes, self destruct added,updates to the facility. We still have a lot of bugs and issues to sort out and also starting work on topside.
